Democracy building has become a real and vibrant process in Georgia as a result of the changes brought by the “Rose Revolution” of2003. The Georgian government is currently pursuing widespread reforms in the economic, political and social systems governing thecountry, and faces the challenge of communicating these reforms to the public in a meaningful and positive way.
