The leaders must make wise choices which policies to push, and if they make the right choice, the next step is to put in motion the expertise of communication in order to be properly heard and find support in people. Good communication skills affect outcomes. The American history clarifies, that leadership is a superpower, it isn't something that anyone can give you, you have to earn it. Some prominent American historical leaders are recognized for their vital contributions towards greater equality, towards shaping their society.
